Several years ago, I created a short course on basic webpage design for an interterm class at my undergrad college. I no longer host the associated tutorial pages I created for it. There have been many advances in website design since then, and there are already so many good tutorials out there, that I don't see the point in trying to keep my version up-to-date anymore.
